Construction features include solid timber frames, no-sag tension bar spring or coil box units on seats and backs with front sprung edges. Back cushions are premium high rsilient foam, polyester wrapped or loose fiber hand filled. All seat cushions are high-density foams, polyester wrapped with a ten year written manufacturer guarantee. When it comes to coverings the look of the suite is in your hands, with a choice from hunreds of ranges of fabrics from different companies you can choose to upholster in wool, tapestry, leather or any other suitable fabric to compliment your interior design scheme. Mathews has a 10 year structural guarantee and 2 year guarantee against defective workmanship. The Frame Combination solid timber construction with hardwood timber used for extra strength, support adn to prevent warping. The frame is glued, screwed and corner blocked for maximum strength and to prevent cracking.

The Springs We use 9-guage sinuous springs with front edging. Each spring is attached front and back with a special squeak proof clip, helping to keep the springs "springier" for a long time. The Padding All exterior surfaces are padded with the entire wood frame being completely protected. This means more comfort and duraility as fabric stretched over wood edges wears out faster. The Cushions All seat cushions are high density foams with a minimum 10 year guarantee for domestic applications. We also run a budget range of furniture suitable for the hospitality and aged care industry. The seats can be webbed instead of sprung with high tensile webbing and when required combustion modified foams are used. We give a 5-year structural guarantee on all commercial furniture.
